How we store your information

The physical file of information we hold is stored securely at our offices The Biz Hub, Melton Court, Gibson Lane, Melton, HU14 3HH

We also store electronic files on our secure servers and in the cloud.
We keep a customer?s and/or potential customer?s personal data for a period of 24 months, after which if you have not hired or purchased from us we will permanently delete your data from the folder system. This information is shredded being securely and safely disposed of.

Any orders issued to suppliers or invoices to customers are kept in the event that they are required by the Inland Revenue / VAT department in the future.

If required, for storage or processing purposes, we may need to transfer your personal data to a destination outside the European Economic Area (?EEA?). It may be processed by our staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of our suppliers. We and our service providers will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that storage and processing of your data outside the EEA continues to comply with the provisions of the GDPR.

Data Security

We take our data security responsibilities seriously, using the most appropriate measures, including staff training and awareness. We review our data security regularly, unfortunately the transmission of information by means of the internet is not completely secure.
Although we do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to or from us by means of email, and any such transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security measures to prevent unauthorised access.

Email Marketing

We may from time to time email potential customer with information about our products, services and offers.
Each email that we send has a clear opt out clause and if replied to putting the word Unsubscribe in the subject box, then your details will be permanently deleted from our records within a 14 day period.
If a potential customer replies to our email, then we will collate their information in our system as an enquiry of our services, products or offers.
